I am a huge paddy fan. I would love to see him in our defense. He reads and reacts faster than anyone in college football. He just needs a red shirt year to get stronger and tougher.

Hey! Someone else who thinks Evan Weaver is criminally underrated. Nice.

Tackling machine. Like 10 games w 10 tackles in a row? Big time chirper. Looks like that big, tough country kid every time I see him & plays like. Really not many w his stat line. 160 tackles, 2 INT(pick 6), 4.5 sacks... Has been the guy to make a big play on that team over & over. Surprisingly smooth, fluid in space for his size (250-255lb) & his motor seems to clean up a lot. Honestly not sure where he plays next level but he's fun to watch.

Wonder what your initial thoughts were on Jacob Phillips? He comes across as a prototypical Patriots LB with his Size and Length.

He seems to be going under the radar so far, looks to me he has good sideline speed, tackles and blitzes well. Doesn't make mental errors from the small amount of tape i've seen so far.

I Do not really watch a lot of Cal football. Some of that stuff you wrote almost sounds like you are writing about Luke Keuchly.

    Any thoughts on Malik Harrisson?

If Van Noy is gone (probable) and Jaime Collins also leaves, an athlete at the LBer position becomes a priority.

What is your opinion of the kid from Oklahoma?

Bacon has Kenneth Murray in the top tier.

I think bb keys van noy and Collins walk.

interestingly if we could trade our first round pick for both indy’s second round picks, then uche and queen would be perfect replacements.

Zack Baun from Wisconsin reminds of Jamie Collins, could be a great replacement for KVN as well.

The kid from Utah state is a tackling machine that pops on tape. The combine will determine where he is drafted.

I've done a couple of Fanspeak mocks recently in which Klavon Chaisson is available at 23...There are a couple of concerns with him that others don't have, so would he be worth the pick here? *

    * Depends on free agency & the first 22 picks, naturally, but otherwise...

this guy is a trap guy. His production does not justify a first round grade. We need to pass on him.

Just heard during Moving the Chains on the Sirius XM NFL channel than Zach Baun tested positive for a diluted urine sample during the combine...Jim Miller believes that he's probably re-taken the test and passed, but I wonder if that's really true...I hope he was trying to mask weed and not steroids...

At least a B...Some players in the first 2 tiers might've been over-rated, but the only player I see who was Under-rated is Logan Wilson...Good job.
